Workshops / Seminars
Our workshops can deal with numerous subjects that plague revenue and profit growth in small-cap organizations. We can design a 1 to 8-hour session for your group, Trade Association, Professional Organization or other gathering of likeminded leaders with a common need. A workshop or seminar will get into more depth and generally aim to provide a take-away framework for action in participant’s home organizations.

Your small time- and resource-constrained organization may have specific areas in need of improvement. We can help you diagnose, understand and improve your current situation. We can work via phone-conference, video- conference or on-site visits – depending on your need and whatever method is most time and cost-effective for you.
Complete Full Plan Facilitation
Using your talent, we will help facilitate a complete strategic plan for your organization. This will incorporate numerous on-site sessions to both help facilitate and teach your team “how to do it”. With a modest commitment of your organization’s people, we have often created “world class” strategic plans in less than 90-days (and it is the Banks that have called them that, not us).
What do we Charge?
Small businesses are unique, and we’ve found none are identical. In fact – far from it. We will do our best to tailor an approach to give you the best value. We will work any combination of phone/video conferences and on-site visits pending the depth of your need. If we are helping with a single or straightforward strategy issue, we’d likely be in the $3-5K range, plus expenses if travel dictates. We recently facilitated a complete strategic plan from scratch, and did it in 90 days for under $50K (which we found later was about three times less expensive than the other quote the company received to do the same work). These examples probably bookend the range of expense for us. If you have a fixed budget, we can also work with you to maximize your project dollars to the needs you face. We are not out to gouge you – we are here to help.
