SIXFAIR Ventures CEO Steve Fairbanks ‘81 continued his guest lecture series at Michigan Technological University. He addressed both upper-class engineering/business as well as MBA students on Supply Chain, Operations and Operational Excellence. The lecture content was taken from Fairbanks’ book “Performance-Based Strategy: Tools and Techniques for Successful Decisions”.
