Since we primarily accept assignments on a repeat or word-of-mouth basis, we can – and were – selective in both the expanded scopes and actual clients we chose to work with” added Fairbanks.
SIXFAIR Ventures reports key 2021 highlights in an expanded array of business areas, including:
- Governance – Designing, structuring, and populating of an Advisory Board for the CEO and majority shareholder of a private company.
- Succession Planning – Introducing and implementing the SIXFAIR Ventures “HR Talent Review and Succession Planning Process” for a 150-person organization.
- Strategic Planning – Continuing to help numerous organizations in creating strategic plans that position them for future success.
- Organization Evolution – Facilitating a transition in leadership with the CEO, President, Vice-Presidents, and key stakeholders.
- Executive Education – Continued this important work in both for-profit organizations and Education/MBA school settings. Most notable this year was creation and delivery of “Financial statements for the non-finance major” training for an organization’s executive leadership team.
- INC Magazine Top 5000 – A three-year Software Firm client placed in the top 25% of this prestigious 2021 ranking of the fastest growing businesses in the United States.
