Loyola University Chicago has announced a format change for the Performance-Based Strategy course offered through their Executive Education Program. The course, originally scheduled for a June 12 full-day on-campus session has been modified. Loyola University Chicago, like most others, evolved to on-line instruction during the spring 2020 academic term. They have decided to similarly continue their summer Executive Education offerings in this fashion. As a result, this course will be presented via an on-line format, and now split into two morning sessions one-week apart – June 12 and June 19, 2020.
“This new format actually provides a unique opportunity to enhance the takeaways from this program” says co-leader Steve Fairbanks. “With the one week split, we can actually introduce the concepts and tools for attendee use, give them a week to apply them to their particular business challenge, and then reconnect the following week to discuss, diagnose, and critique (if desired) their conclusions” commented Dr. Aaron Buchko, the other session co-leader. “We’re actually very excited about how this has evolved, and think it may be even better than a one-day format”, added Fairbanks.
